Apartment Review for Milazzo - San Diego, CA

This place is the worst I have had to deal with in San Diego. And I even lived near SDSU and did not have to deal with so many noise problems and people "staking" out my place to break into. My garage has been broken into twice, random people are always sitting on my porch every night. I have to call the cops once a week to take care of noise problems, or issues with neighbor. There is a car stolen or broken into at least once a month here, the security company NEVER comes when you call, and if they do they do not report anything to the complex. When I complain to the office they act like this is heaven that I live in and the problems are in my mind!! I AM NOT INSANE, they ARE! Pool and spa always cloudy, dirty diaper babies in there all the time. Spa is always cold too! Trash is a huge issue, it is only picked up once a week and the dumpsters are always overflowing on the ground in front of my garage. Parking is horrendous, there are half the # of spaces that are needed, only 1 visitor parking spot in whole complex so you can't even drive to your own spot without dodging 12 cars parked in the Fire/red zone...apparently these cars are invisible to management as they do NOTHING about it. I am ready to call the cops and have them all towed!!
