Office and maintenance people are friendly and helpful. Excellent living environment. Noise is the only problem. Walls are too thin. You can hear your neighbours have shower, flush toilet and even walk up the stairs. These affect sleeping quality otherwise I would recommend Mirada to everybody.  Need to rent an apartment?
