Lived here for one year 6/05-6/06, rent hike at the end of lease was $300! for an already overpriced 600 sq ft. Garage was nice. Neighbors were so bad we were going to break our lease and pay the fine just to get away, then they moved, the next ones were only slightly better. Could be a great place to live if you get great neighbors. Management staff tried to work with us. Carpet, walls, appliances were all clean and functional. Laundry in unit was great!  Need to rent an apartment?
