Montanosa is a nice apartment community. It's centrally located, near most major highways, it's quiet (at most times), safe and a nice looking complex. However, is it worth the money? Be prepared to pay anywhere from $1100 to $1250 for a one bedroom apartment...a small one bedroom apartment. The largest is 640 square feet! The complex is clean, the maintenance system is reliable and easy to use.  Need to rent an apartment?
