Apartment Review for Monte Vista - San Diego, CA

Please do not be fooled by the beauty of Monte Vista. Yes it is beautiful and the apartments are nice but management is out of hand. They allow harassment happen within the apartment complex. They dicriminate against younger residents, ages between 18-23 years old. They never respond to noise complaints but of course my husband and I are apart of the younger age group. The management is irresponsible and never return phone calls. Parking is ridiculous. Sometimes I come home from work and my assigned parking spot is taken. There are no open spots near my apartment so sometimes I have to park far away from my apartment and walk about 15 mins back. Then if I am lucky about 4 hours later management will do something about the other car. My husband and I have never been so disrespected and felt insecure in a home before. For only living here for less than 3 months, we are already doing investigation to get out of our leasing agreements. Do not move here if anything move to the apartment complex next door but not here. Or look for houses to rent. This apartment complex needs a ton of work!!
