I have lived here 3 times and I am staying this time. by far the best place I have ever lived. I keep coming back cause of the management. She truly cares about her residents. repairs are done fast, the place is clean. The neighbors are friendly. Pet friendly and I recommend Montecito 100%  Need to rent an apartment?
