Apartment Review for Oakwood La Jolla Colony - San Diego, CA

Typical apartment....it has noise, crime and management that really doesn't want to do anything but collect the rent. This place is only recommended for college students that don't own a car and have mommy and daddy paying their way. This place has constant noise from the students playing stereos until all hours of the night. They just ignore the letters that the office gives them. Your car will get burglarized so don't even think of leaving anything in your car especially in the parking garage. Alarms mean nothing. Security is a joke. The security service was driving by once in parking garage when I locked my keys in my car. I was using a hanger to open the door. Security saw me, I waved and he waved and kept on driving. Never seen him before so it's not like he knew me...pathetic. Lots of dogs here. I've seen very large ones also like over 100 pounds in some of the apartments. I don't own a dog and they don't bother me... I'd rather hear the barking than the stereos. At least the dogs will go to sleep at some point. Just glad to be gone.....
