Parkwood Apts is unclean, never fixing anything. They are way too expensive and make rules and then do not keep them. One time a lady got attacked by a dog, so there was to be no more dogs. But they still do and even the type of dog that attacked the women here. There have been frequent visits by the police for domestic violence and other issues. There is a person who sets fires in the trash cans out in the alley, which sometimes sets the building on fire. The laundry facilities are only sanatized once a week. There are over 1/2 of the outside night lighting on the property at anyone time, making it quite dangerous at night or inconvenient. Whatever you do don't rent from Parkwood Apt. It is worth paying a few extra dollars somewhere else. Trust me.
