Apartment Review for Pebble Cove - San Diego, CA

This place is professional, cheap rents and well maintained. Good Value, I actually lived here three years ago when I was stationed at 32nd street Naval Base. It has become so much better than it was back then; new owners, newer kitchens, newer remodeled units and much better management. This is a great value for the area, gated complex, pool, and easy parking. There are 2 laundries on site and they only charge $1.00 to wash and $1.00 to dry. Everything is a good value here, you don't feel fleeced like they are always trying to upcharge you. There are storage rooms that work great if you get deployed. I rented one for six months. This place is clean, good, safe housing. I would highly recommend.
