The owner cuts corners and makes this an unsafe place to live. The management retaliates if you complain or request anything to be fixed. They bully and intimidate you by threatening to kick you out even if you pay on time and are quiet. You have no rights at Pelican Point Apartments in Ocean beach, CA.  Need to rent an apartment?
