Apartment Review for River Run Village - San Diego, CA

Pros: -good price $1400/mo for a 2 bedroom ~1000sqft -good location (Misson Valley) -they have a security patrol. Cons: -The one of managers is buddy-buddy with some tenanats. So if, for example they're noisy, the managers will blow you off. It's BS! -No guest parking. BTW it's not really a gated community, cause anyone can walk in. -When I moved in the place smelled like urine so they changed out the carpet. The kitchen floor still reeks of urine. Heater didn't work either. All was fixed within a few days but that crap should have been done before I moved in! Bottom Line: It's a good deal. Youget a little more thatn what you pay for. But, if you have more money to spend per month look elsewhere.
