Apartment Review for Sailbay - San Diego, CA

SailBay has a beautiful location, the apartment complex is wonderful, and the neighbors were at one time fun and easy going. HOWEVER, Browar Management is the company that manages this property. Their staff is rude and speak to their renters with a condescending tone which should not be tolerated by anyone. The on sight manager is a bitter woman who does not wish to be bothered by anyone or anything including laughter coming from the apartments. I cannot place enough emphasis on staying away from Browar Management at all costs. Good luck with your search!
