Apartment Review for Signature Point - San Diego, CA

We spent nearly 13 months at Signature Point. We could not have been more disappointed. We selected the property for its looks and its location across from the Del Mar Highlands shopping center. I was so disappointed with the following: 1) The management was exceptionally rude. Ever have a sales agent of an apartment complex call you 'stupid' before? This is their response to your complaint. 2) The management cut corners. This was particularly frustrating because we were paying top dollar for a place like this. In particular: 1) The faucets kept coming off, and 2) The fan they put in my daughters bed room had real problems. I told the office about the problems with the fan, their response was they were doing us a favor installing the fan (the fan is an optional upgrade, the fan they installed was not the optional upgrade we requested, it was a cheap, flimsy one, not the one in the model, and it had wiring problems). See comment number 1 above. 3) The road noise was awful. This is true on both the El Camino Real and Del Mar Heights side. They know this is a big problem.
