Great location. The building is older but rent isn't bad compared to nearby apts & the amt of apt space. There is a pool, and feels like there's plenty of space. Only complaint is the paper thin walls. I can listen to my neighbors' tv's programs next door. I know my next door neighbor has AOL because I have be awaken in the middle of the night by  Need to rent an apartment?
