Apartment Review for Swiss Village - San Diego, CA

The Swiss Village is a great place to live. A park like setting on a dead-end street, no buses, no traffic noice, very nice. BUT, the ever changing property managment companies really makes for an unpleasant retal experience. The current manager, Sara, from Sunrise Property Management is in way over her head. She is a nice person but unable to handle such a large and needy property. Many residents have tried to contact Tina and Debby at the Sunrise main office with little success. They are as unprofessional as Sara is. Hopefully the owner will fire Sunrise again (yes, they have been fired from this property before) and the residents can try their luck with the next company.
