Parking? Not after 7pm! Then all the spots are taken except the paid garage spots. Management? Unhelpful, incompetent, and bad attitude. Oh, and they open the office half an hour late and go for two-hour lunch breaks. Hallways are dingy and stinky. Recycling is terrible. May be cheap for "Hillcrest" (which it is hardly a part of), but it's not worth it. Don't do it.  Need to rent an apartment?
