Especially if you value your property. The apartments and complex themselves are secure, you need a key to gain entrance, but the "secure parking" is a joke. My own vehicle was stolen from the garage (inside job), and I know of multiple break-ins into cars. Managment could careless about the tenants or their property. Parking is ok (if you trust their "secure garage"), you get one spot per bedroom, but on street is nearly impossible. If you work a 9-5 forget about finding an on street spot within a two block range. Security is slow to respond if at all. When people are partying at 2 AM on a tues, don't expect security to quiet them down, but if you leave a wet towel over the railing of your balcony, forget about it. They're all over you... The only way I would recommend this place is if you like or study Ants, there are plenty of them in this old complex and the apartments...
