Apartment Review for The Summit At Mission Bay - San Diego, CA

When we were looking to rent with Summit they told us that if the carpets were in bad condition then they would be replaced. When we moved in there were soda spots and ink spots in multiple rooms and they said that we could pay to be moved to a different apartment. Also when we were inquiring about Summit they advertised that you could rent a 47" tv that would just be added to your rent. We recently found out that their tv's are 42" not 47" and they did not apoligize or reimburse us in anyway. Parking here is horrible, you have to be in by a certain time or else you take your chances parking on the street where there have been accidents. Plus many people without parking permits park in the complex and security does nothing about it. I would not reccomend Summit at Mission Bay.
