Apartment Review for The Summit Of Rancho Bernardo - San Diego, CA

So have you ever rec'vd a letter from the HOA for leaving your flip flops outside..well I did..OVER and OVER and OVER...my neighbor was the "CONDO COP" (she had been on the Board in the past), and she took pictures of my shoes at the front door, or my towel that I hung on mybalcony to dry when I had just come in from the pool The girl upstairs from me, washed her clothes in the middle of the night..has sex EVERY morning w/ her boyfriend and had NO consideration of who lived below! I tried to get assistance from my management company but that was a waste of my time. Then I tried to talk to the management company of the complex...they would tell me I am in violation of being at the monthly meetings bc I am a renter! Needless to say...DONT RENT HERE..the OWNERS hate RENTERS! Oh and the parking...funny...people park in visitors everynight, but again, those are the OWNERS and no one cares... OHH lastly the "CONDO COP" and her friend in the complex tried to scare me out of there by saying 3 people died of cancer in my unit....do you think I got an answer from the HOA Management company, NOPE... SOOOO HAPPY TO BE GONE =) AND DONT TRY TO LIVE THERE W A DOG...THEY HATE THOSE TOO!
