Apartment Review for Torrey Villas Resort Homes - San Diego, CA

I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. I've been living here only 5 months and can't believe the s*it tenants get away with here. I moved from Manhattan so I know full well what a reasonable amount of neighbor noise consists of. The woman above me wakes me every night at 3am screaming bloody murder (moaning and shrill screams lasting anywhwere from 45min to an hr)...it sounds like someone is being stabbed to death. Her and her boyfriend stomp around all hours of the night and wake my husband and I from a dead sleep. We have resorted to sleeping on our sofa several times. The neighbors below me take frequent smoking breaks on their balcony so if my glass doors are open I can smell the smoke billowing into my baby's nursery. They also have parties on their balcony on weeknights playing the music so loud that there is no where in my apt I can escape it. The pool area is full of screaming, running unattended children all the time. Living here has been a misery. I can't wait to leave. I wish I could burn it to the ground as I exit.
