Very nice. However, the ceilings are still made of cardboard (if you have upstairs neighbors they'll sound like elephants!), most apts are very dark. Complex is shaded by highrise next door much of the time. Parking structure is bizarre. Lots of break-ins. Would be ok if you get top unit. Need to rent an apartment?
