My mother has lived in University City Village for 5 years, in a lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath remodeled unit. She lost her husband of 60 years after one year of living here together..we received sentiments and kindness beyond words from residents and management.. I do not have enough space to write how she feels. She will never move again...The maintenance staff is "right on top" of any issues reported..we have a talented gardening staff and leasing staff who will follow-up with all your requests! It is safe, quiet, tranquil, peaceful environment for the "over 55" group! There is incredible camaraderie among the residents who live here....our residents input is important for suggestions! WE have a beautiful new property on site, Casa Aldea, where more than half of our current occupancy at Casa Aldea has moved from one phase to our newest phase! That tells you they are pleased with University City Village as a whole!!
