Apartment Review for Villa De Flores - San Diego, CA

I have lived here for 8 years and I have compiled 10 reasons that make Villa de Flores a wonderful place to live! 1)Their maintenece guy John, is so nice! Whenever I have a work order he responds within a day or two at the most and is so efficient. He is also very respectful, when he fixes something he cleans up after himself! 2)The old manager Jackie was nice at times but overall really mean to anybody who crossed her path. I once saw her yelling at their contractor because he didnt close the clubhouse door! This new manager Bonnie is wonderful and caring! She has helped me a ton! Their leasing girl Carmen is really bubbly and is always smiling. 3)They have made so many changes to this community! They put in new windows and doors repainted the whole outside. They also put in new landscaping! 4)The residents!!! Oh my gosh these people are the nicest most down to earth people you will every meet. They always greet me with a smile. 5)The noise level can be annoying at times because they are either blowing the property or remodleing an apartment,but I know its because they are keeping it nice. 6)IT IS SOOOOOO QUIET!!!! I have lived at other communities where there were parties going on at all hours. I couldn't stand it! When I came here I was happy to see how quiet and peaceful it is. I can actually sleep in on weekends. I barely ever see people in the pool! 7)They also redid our fitness center and clubhouse and put in new flat screen tvs! 8)The parking is good. It gets full a little sometimes when people have guests come over but that is a rarity. I overall have had no problems with parking. 9)My apartment has so much closet space and and the bedrooms are huge! I live on the second floor so I also have high ceilings which I love! 10)And last but certainly not least They are now allowing pets! I have wanted a cat for so long and now I can get one! I dont mind paying the extra deposit and pet rent. This place is only getting better thanks to everything the new management has done for us.
