Apartment Review for Villa Glen Apartments - San Diego, CA

This used to be a really sweet, cute,diverse and friendly/quiet place. Neighbors pretty much knew each other and would check in on each other and kept it simple.

Recent move ins have changed the face of this site. It is now in decline and less diverse. It used to be said that you had to wait your turn on the list to try to qualify. But maybe you only have to be a "friend" to management ?

Did they do away with background checks too ?

Let's just say there are stats

and there are unreported incidents

some residents feel intimidated now

PS not to mention the trying to leave early pre-dawn for work and not being able to get through driveway gates due to migrants waiting to be picked up as they sit along cul-de- sac curb and across the drive along with vans and truck lining up to pick them up. Not counting the vans and trucks and compact jalopies with their stolen license plates that take up the parking around the cul-de-sac that residents were told they could not park there. Then the unloading in the evenings when you are trying to get through the driveway gates and you have to wait as these vehicles do turns to clear the gate to get around in the cul-de-sac so they can give curb service to their employees to access the trail next to the driveway to the apartments. I have to keep my doors and windows locked since there's been a few times that my car has been approached since they too easily assume I am there to pick them up.... Not to mention the school bus stop where small children and young high schoolers must wait while all these trans- actions are going on.... SO MUCH DECLINE NOT ENOUGH SPACE TO WRITE.
