Apartment Review for Windwood Village Apartments - San Diego, CA

Rosie, the current manager is not very helpful in solving residential problems such as taking care of broken fixtures outside and inside the apartments. The playground which has broken parts to it is not being fixed and more breakage is continueing to take place without any formal management concern. This includes broken plastic glass located on outside lights and laundry machines. Also, ducks that come to visit and swim in the pool have seen to be fed by the manager and have now made a constant living place as if it's a public lagoon. Swimming for children/residants is now considered unsafe because of the unsanitary environment. Often, what's broken inside the apartments that management shoud be able to fix is denied to be fixed by the manager especially if it requires an inexpensive cost.
